INTRODUCTION

Republican state enterprise on the right of business "Arkalyk State Pedagogical Institute im.I.Altynsarina" (here in after - the Institute) was established in accordance with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 28, 2012 №544 «About reorganization of some Republican State Enterprise of the Ministry of Education and Science the Republic of Kazakhstan. "

Order of the Chairman of the Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (№ 743 from 07.08.2012g.) Approved the Charter Arkalyk State Pedagogical Institute im.I.Altynsarina registered by the Department of Justice of Kostanai region (№323-1937-25-MK from 03.09.2012g ).

In 2013, the Institute has passed the state certification. In November 2013, the Institute has successfully passed the institutional accreditation, conducted by the Independent Kazakhstan Quality Assurance Agency in Education. The university has issued a certificate IA №0029.

Faculty of Science and Information is part of the RSE "Arkalyk State Pedagogical Institute named I.Altynsarin." Faculty integrates departments and laboratories, related to the function included in the faculty. A worthy contribution to the development of faculty as teachers recognized forge natural areas make three producing departments of the faculty. Personnel potential faculty are 4 doctors, 1 professor and 2 PhDs, 16 masters in the field.

Graduate Departments on the accredited specialty "5V010900-Mathematics" is the Department of Mathematics and Physics (hereinafter MF) (Chair - Art. Lecturer, Master Zhumabaeva SB). Training in "5V010900-Mathematics" carried the Department MF from 1 September 2004 to full-time and correspondence courses. Financial basics of education - state education grants and training on a contractual basis.

Training of the educational program specialty "5V010900-Mathematics" in accordance with the State License №0137447, 03.02.2010 issued by the Committee for Control of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan on 19 undergraduate majors, including on the accredited specialty "5V010900-Mathematics" application to the state license №0111220, valid for an indefinite term; full-time education on the basis of secondary education and part-time form - on the basis of general secondary and higher education in the Kazakh and Russian languages. The main task of the educational program is the quality of training of competent BS in Physics: Physics teacher, able to successfully solve the problems of the Kazakh Education and Science, using modern educational technologies.

Staff of the department is making every effort to bachelor specialty "5V010900-Mathematics" were ready to carry out all types of professional activities: education (teaching), educational, experimental research, organization and management, etc.

The learning process of the educational program specialty "5V010900-Mathematics" is based on the credit system of education aimed at the full consideration of the interests of students, providing them with educational needs, to create competition between teachers, improvement and use of various teaching methods and forms of education quality control.
