SPEAKING

28 Work in the group. You’re given a card where only one line of the story is written. Compose the whole story by dictating your parts to each other. The story is titled “A Superstitious Man”.

29 Work in pairs. Within 2-3 minutes, discuss the following questions:

· Are you or any of your friends and family superstitious?

· If yes, in what way?

· Why do you think some people are superstitious?

30 The photos show four British superstitions. Choose one of them and within one minute explain what the superstition is, whether it is lucky or unlucky and say whether you have the same superstition in your country.
