17. Question: Earthquake, eclipse & a storm – Is this a sign of God’s anger?

An earthquake, eclipse of Sun and a Storm, all three occurred just after the alleged crucifixion is a clear sign of God’s anger. The Bible narrates:

Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land until the ninth hour. And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?” that is, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” And some of the bystanders, hearing it, said, “This man is calling Elijah.” And one of them at once ran and took a sponge, filled it with sour wine, and put it on a reed and gave it to him to drink. But the others said, “Wait, let us see whether Elijah will come to save him.” And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice and yielded up his spirit. And behold, the curtain of the temple was torn in two, from top to bottom. And the earth shook, and the rocks were split. The tombs also were opened. And many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised.

ESV Bible, Matthew 27:45-52

Neither Jews nor Christians were sure about Jesus’ death on the cross. There was a very strong earthquake, a storm and an eclipse of sun just after the alleged crucifixion of Jesus, that made all Jews and Romans run away from the sight. That is why; neither Jews nor the Christians are sure about the death of Jesus on the cross but only a conjecture.

18. Question: The body was not buried in the grave – Why?

The Jewish custom for the last thousands of years was to bury the deceased in the ground. Because the disciples knew the predictions, which were made earlier by Jesus Christ, they kept Jesus’ body in a sepulchre. If they had buried him in a grave, he could have died.

But his disciples placed him in a roomy “Sepulchre” rather than burying him in the ground according to the Jewish custom and traditions.

The tomb was his sepulchre and according to Jim Bishop, he says: “It was very roomy, very big; 5ft width, 7ft height and 15ft depth”

- Why do you require a roomy tomb?

So that, if anyone wants to help a person, it can be done easily.

- Why would anyone want to help a spiritual body?

A spiritual body doesn’t require help; but naturally, they want to help a physical body.

19. Question: The stone on the sepulchre was removed – Why?

It is mentioned in the Gospel of John Ch. 20 v 5-7 and Gospel of Mark Ch 16 v 4 that she (Mary Magdalene) finds the stones have been removed (For a spirit, does not need to remove the stone). The Bible confirms that::

And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away; for it was very great.

KJV Bible, Mark 16:4

And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went he not in. Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie, and the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.

KJV Bible, John 20:5-7

So, the paramount question here is: Why was the stone removed and the winding sheet unwound? I mean, Why should the stone be removed and why should the winding sheets be unwound and placed at the side?

- If Jesus [pbuh] was resurrected as a spiritual body; does a spirit require the stone of the entry of the tomb to be removed?

- If he was a spirit, doors cannot stop a spirit from entering; the stone need not be removed; so why was the stone removed?

- And if a spirit has to move, does it have to unwound the winding sheets? – That is not required!

But if it was a physical body and not a spiritual one, the stone blocking the entering of the tomb has to be removed; the winding sheets has to be unwound – Proving that the person who came out of the tomb was a physical body. And the tomb was a private property of the secret disciple, Joseph of Arimathea who was a rich and influential Jew and he had carved a big roomy tomb (maybe for himself – for future) in which the Bible narrates that the allegedly crucified body was kept.

20. Question: Jesus Christ said to Mary; “Touch me not”. - Why?

Jesus Christ is attributed to have said:

Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself and saith to him, Rabboni which is to say, Master. Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my father; but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my father, and your father; and to my God and your God.

KJV Bible, John 20:16-17

Why, why “Touch me not”?

- Was he a bundle of electricity that if someone touches him, a person would be electrocuted?

- Was he a bundle of dynamite that if someone touches, they would blow up?

- So, why does he say “Touch me not”?

Because he was a physical body; imagine the pain, the physical stress, the emotional pressure he had to go through, all that – supposedly put on the cross – all that pain and torture. It would hurt a physical body; thus, he says “Touch me not”.

And he continues to stress in the same verse: “I have not ascended unto my father” - What are the real meanings of ascension here?

Jesus Christ is emphatically stating that he has not yet been dead. While standing in front of Mary, Jesus Christ unequivocally says he had not ascended yet - he was not resurrected, proving that he was alive.

Later on, it is mentioned in the Gospel of Mark Ch. 16 v 11 that the disciples had heard that Jesus Christ was alive from Mary Magdalene.

And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept. And they, when they had heard that he was alive, had been seen of her, believed not.

KJV Bible, Mark 16:10-11

21. Question: Mary did not react (unterrified), when she saw Jesus Christ alive - Why?

- Do you know why? It is because she was the only one besides Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus who gave the burial birth to the allegedly crucified body and when the body was brought down from the cross; she might have seen some life in the laid body. But naturally, she is not going to proclaim: ‘He is alive’, otherwise, they would put him to death again. Seeing certain life in the laid body; she comes back on the third day after the Sabbath day to look for a live Jesus.

22. Question: Disciples were terrified seeing Jesus alive -Why?

The Gospel of Luke Ch. 24 v 36-37 narrates:

And as they spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, peace be unto you. But they were terrified and affrighted and supposed that they had seen a spirit.

KJV Bible, Luke 24:36-37

- Why did the disciples thought Jesus Christ to be a spirit? Did Jesus Christ bear resemblance to a spirit?

And whenever this question is posed to the Christians; all of them says, No! And they are right, Jesus Christ did not look like a spirit when he came to the upper room after the alleged crucifixion.

- Why did the disciples think Jesus Christ was a spirit as mentioned in Luke 24:37?

The reason according to the biblical narratives is because they had heard from hearsay that their Master Jesus Christ was put on the cross. They had learnt from hearsay that he had given up the ghost – that he had died. They had learnt from hearsay that he was dead and buried in the grave for three days.

Hearsay, hearsay, hearsay... Do you know why?

Because, according to the Gospel of Mark Ch. 14 v 50 - all the disciples were not eye witnesses of the alleged crucifixion:

And they all forsook him, and fled.

KJV Bible, Mark 14:50

In the most crucial junction in the life of Jesus Christ, when he require the disciples the most, the Bible says that all the disciples – 100%, all of them according to Mark 14:50 - they forsook him and fled. Therefore, they had to think and presume that the physical states of Jesus Christ in the upper room was a Spirit.

23. Question: Jesus ate food, in the presence of his disciples - Why?

… he said unto them, have ye here any meat? And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and an honeycomb. And he took it, and did eat before them.

KJV Bible, Luke 24: 41-42

Jesus saith unto them, come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who are thou? Knowing that it was the Lord. Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise.

KJV Bible, John 21:12-13

A spirit does not need any food but our physical body, will become weakened after a while, without having food. Why did Jesus Christ require food, if he had a spiritualized body?

For forty days he was meeting his disciples to assure them that he was alive. The Book of Acts Ch. 1 v 3 states:

After his suffering, he presented himself to them and gave many convincing proofs that he was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God.

NIV Bible, Acts 1:3

24. Question: Was the usage of 75 pounds of aloes, myrrh and some other spices on Jesus’ body known as the manner/tradition of the Jews?

The Gospel of John Ch. 19 v 38-40 states:

After these things Joseph of Arimathea, who was a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for fear of the Jews, asked Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus, and Pilate gave him permission. So he came and took away his body. Nicodemus also, who earlier had come to Jesus by night, came bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about seventy-five* pounds in weight. So they took the body of Jesus and bound it in linen cloths with the spices, as is the burial custom of the Jews.

ESV Bible, John 19:38-40

*KJV, RSV, Douay-Rheims Bible states 100 pounds

Do Jews use 75 or 100 pounds of myrrh, aloes and some other spices at their burial? Or are these some special arrangements made for Jesus’ safety? If Jesus Christ was dead, why should Joseph of Arimathea take away the body of Jesus in secret for the fear of the Jews – what was he afraid of? Nicodemus, who was a physician and a disciple of Jesus, made this special arrangement before the alleged crucifixion of Jesus.

25. Question: Why should Mary Magdalene go to the sepulchre if Jesus Christ was supposedly dead?

The reply to this question is given in the Gospel of Mark Ch. 16 v 1:

And when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of James and Salome had bought sweet pieces, that they might come and anoint him.

KJV Bible, Mark 16:1

Do Jews massage dead bodies on the third day? Have you ever heard Jews massaging dead bodies on the third day?

- And the answer is No!

Do Christians massage dead bodies on the third day?

- And the answer is No!

Do Muslims massage dead bodies on the third day?

- And the answer remains False!

So, why is Mary Magdalene going to the tomb to massage Jesus Christ who is supposedly dead on the third day according to the Christians? – Do you know why?

It is because she was the only one besides Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus who gave the burial birth to Jesus and when Jesus body was brought forth; she might have seen some life in the laid body. But naturally, she is not going to proclaim: ‘He is alive’, otherwise, they would put him to death again. Seeing certain life in the laid body; she comes back on the third day after the Sabbath in search of an alive Jesus so as to massage him.

26. Question: Jesusnever showed himself to the Jews (who challenged him) after he was saved from the accursed death of crucifixion. - Why?

If you read, in the Gospel of John Ch. 20 v 15: Jesus says to Mary Magdalene:

Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? Whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.

KJV Bible, John 20:15

Why did Mary Magdalene suppose Jesus Christ to be a gardener? Do resurrected bodies look like gardeners? - Do they , YES or NO!

Absolutely NOT! So, why should she suppose Jesus Christ to be a gardener? And the answer is – because he was disguised as a gardener; but why should a spiritual body be disguised as a gardener?

Jesus Christ can only be disguised as a gardener (if he did) because he was afraid of the Jews. A spiritual body need not be afraid of the Jews; so why? Because, according to Hebrews Ch. 9 v 27:

And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this Judgement.

KJV Bible, Hebrews 9:27

That implies that a man is ordained to die once and after that is the day of Judgement. According to the statement ascribed to Jesus Christ in the Gospel of Luke Ch 20 v 36:

Neither can they die anymore: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

KJV Bible, Luke 20:36

This means that when you are spiritualized, you don’t have to be afraid of anyone, No one can harm you, you cannot die a second time. If Jesus Christ was spiritualized, why should he be disguised as a gardener? Why should he run away from the Jews?

- Proving that he was not a spiritual body but he was physically alive!

27. Question: How come Jesus never said “I was dead and now I am alive”?

According to the biblical narrative, Jesus Christ was reported to have said in the Gospel of John Ch. 20 v 17:

“…I have not ascended unto my father…”

KJV Bible, John 20:17

Jesus Christ is emphatically stating that he has not yet been dead. While standing in front of Mary, Jesus Christ unequivocally says he had not ascended yet - he was not resurrected, proving that he was alive.

28. Question: Appearance of an Angel, saying, “Why are you looking for a living person among the dead”?

The Bible states:

And it come to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seeketh ye the living among the dead.

KJV Bible, Luke 24:4-5

And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive.

KJV Bible, Luke 24:23

29. Question: The stone of tomb was removed - Why?

The Gospel of Luke Ch. 24 v 2 recorded that:

And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.

KJV Bible, Luke 24:2

If it was a physical body and not a spiritual one, the stone blocking the entering of the tomb has to be removed and the winding sheets has to be unwound – Proving that Jesus Christ, the person who came out of the tomb was a physical body. And the tomb was a private property of the secret disciple, Joseph of Arimathea who was a rich and influential Jew and he had carved a big roomy tomb (maybe for himself – for future) in which the allegedly crucified body was kept.

30. Question: Jesus’ prayers against his death on the cross - Why?

Jesus prayed again and over again, saying, O God, take this cup away from me. Why did he prayed against the purpose of his advent? Mark 14:36 confirms this incident:

“And he said, Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me….”

KJV Bible, Mark 14:36

If his escape from the death on the cross was not possible then was why Jesus praying for it? Didn’t he know?

31. Question: Jesus Christ awakening his disciples, requesting for special prayers for his safety - Why?

The Gospel of Matthew Ch. 26 v 36-41 stresses as follows:

“…saith to his disciples, sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder…. And began to be sorrowful and very heavy… And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and said unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour? Watch and pray…”

KJV Bible, Matthew 26:36-41

If Jesus’ mission in this world is to be crucified as a sinless lamb for the salvation of mankind, why would he become sorrowful while seeking protection to prevent this event? Didn’t he know?

32. Question: Jesus’ in flesh and bones after he had ‘risen’ - Do you know?

In the most crucial junction in the life of Jesus Christ, when he require them the most, all the disciples – 100%, all of them according to Mark 14:50, they forsook him and fled. Therefore, they thought that Jesus Christ in the upper room was a Spirit.

The Gospel of Luke Ch. 24 v 37-40 informs us about the rejoinder of the disciples upon seeing Jesus Christ:

“They were terrified and affrighted and supposed that they had seen a spirit. And he said unto them, why are ye troubled? And why do thoughts are in your hearts? Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see for a spirit hath no flesh and bones, as you see me have…. he shewed them his hands and his feet.”

KJV Bible, Luke 24:37-40

Jesus showing his hands and feet to his disciples, proving and arguing them, that he was alive bodily.

33. Question: Why would Jesus Christ require the body (flesh) again if he was resurrected?

To clarify the doubts in the minds of the disciples, Jesus Christ is narrated to have provided further proofs that he wasn’t resurrected in the Gospel of Luke Ch. 24 v 39-40:

Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. And when he had thus spoken, he shewed his hands and his feet.

KJV Bible, Luke 24:39-40

Jesus Christ tells the disciples - it is I myself; what has happened to you; calling them to consciousness. It is me, Jesus your Master - why are you affrighted – Behold my hands and feet for a spirit has no flesh and bones.

So, what was he trying to prove by showing his hands and feet? Was he trying to prove that he was resurrected? Was he trying to prove that he was a spirit?

–He was, infact, trying to prove that he was not a spirit!

34. Question: The Wounds- a great sign of his survival - Why?

Jesus through showing his wounds to his disciples was proving that he was alive bodily. The Bible confirms:

The other disciples therefore said unto him, we have seen the Lord. But he (Thomas) said unto them, except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of his nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe… Then he said to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: be not faithless, but believing.

KJV Bible, John 20:25-27

A Spirit can’t have the wounds. It means he was alive bodily.

- Why Jesus addressed Thomas “not to be faithless but believing?

Jesus advised Thomas to have faith, but in which and what? Yes! Faith in the fulfilment of the promise of God saving Jesus from the accursed death of crucifixion which Jews had designed for him.

- Unanswerable Questions:

Why did Jesus have a physical body if he had risen from the dead? Why this physical body still had the signs of wounds - Now there should have been nothing but his soul and spirit? Did he want to take these wounds along with him to the heavens to show them to God?

Of what need does he require the proofs of his service to be presented to God in the form of all his wounds including, the signs of flogging, beating, hitting, kicking, spitting and the cross (piece of wood) on which he was allegedly crucified?

35. Question: Was Jesus hungry and asking for food?

Luke Ch. 24 v 41-42 states:

And while they yet believed not for joy and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat? And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.

KJV Bible, Luke 24:41-42

That is, they thought that their master was dead and now, they were overjoyed by seeing him still flesh and bones physically in front of them. They were, indeed very happy. Jesus Christ, yet to clarify their doubts asked “Do you have any meat here? And they gave him a piece of broiled fish and honeycomb.”

Now, the question is: Did Jesus [pbuh] eat the piece of broiled fish and honeycomb? Let see what Luke Ch. 24 v 43 has to say:

And he took it, and did eat before them.

KJV Bible, Luke 24:43

Jesus Christ ate the broiled fish and honeycomb; to prove what? Was it to prove that he was resurrected? Was he proving that he was a spirit?

Absolutely NOT! He is proving that he was a physical body. He ate and he chewed in front of them to prove that he was not resurrected, he was not a spirit; but he was a flesh and bones, a physical body.

36. Question: Jesus prayers and God’s response - Why?

If Jesus’ mission in this world is to be crucified as a sinless lamb for the salvation of mankind, why would he pray seeking protection to prevent this event? Didn’t he know?

And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me.

KJV Bible, John 26:39

…. He went away again, and prayed the second time and prayed, saying ……and prayed the third time, saying the same words.

KJV Bible, John 26:42-44

And he said, Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me….

KJV Bible, Mark 14:36

And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, Lama sabachthani? That is to say, My God, My God, why have hast thou forsaken me?

KJV Bible, Matthew 27:46

And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I think thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest me always.

KJV Bible, John 11:41-42

Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared.

KJV Bible, Hebrews 5:7

37. Question: Jesus’ prediction about his sign to be very similar to the sign of Jonas - Was this prophecy fulfilled?

It is prophesized in the Bible:

An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall be no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

KJV Bible, Matthew 12:39-40

Comparing events of the prophecy with the Church assertions:

- Jonas entered into the belly of whale alive - Jesus diedon the cross and entered in the heart of the earth dead
- Jonas remained alivein the belly of whale. - Jesus remained dead
- Jonas came out alive bodily - Jesus came out in spirit
- Jonas stayed three days and three nights in the belly of the whale. - Jesus stayed one day and two nightsin the heart of the earth.
- Jonas went back to his people - Jesus went back to heaven.

For this Prophecies to be valid, Jesus Christ have to be alive; otherwise, the prophecy mentioned in the Gospel of Matthew Ch. 12 v 39-40 would be a scriptural fallacy, concoction, interpolation and fabrication.

38. Question: An error made by the Jews – What error?

It is mentioned in the Bible:

….the last error shall be worse than the first.

KJV Bible, Matthew 27:64

Jews accepted that they had made an error. What kind of error had they made? Now they were afraid not to make another error. Did they actually end up making a graver error? Yes! They did.

39. Question: The Jews bribed the soldiers– Why?

Jews bribed the soldiers who had been assigned to guard the sepulchre. This is recorded in the Gospel of Matthew:

And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken council, they gave large money unto the soldiers.

KJV Bible, Matthew 28:12

They bribed the soldiers to hide the fact. What was that? The fact is that Jesus Christ never died nor resurrected.

40. Question: Empty tomb of Jesus (the sepulchre), is a great Mystery - Why is Jesus’ body was not found in the sepulchre?

According to the Gospel of John Ch. 20 v 5-7:

And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went he not in. Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie, and the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.

KJV Bible, John 20:5-7

So, the paramount question here is: Why should the winding sheets be unwound and placed at the side,

– If Jesus Christ was resurrected as a spiritual body; does a spirit require the linen clothes to be removed?

– If he was a spirit, doors cannot stop a spirit from entering; the stone need not be removed; so why was the stone removed?

– And if a spirit has to move, does it have to unwound the winding sheets? –That is not required!

41. Question: Jews were afraid of a conspiracy - Why?

Jews were sure, even ahead of time that his disciples will definitely announce, “Jesus had been ascended to heaven” as mentioned in the Gospel of Matthew Ch. 27 v 63-64:

…Pharisees came together unto Pilate, saying, Sir, we remember that - that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, after three days I will rise again. Command therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day, lest his disciples come by night, and steal his him away, and say unto the people, He is risen from the dead: so the last error shall be worse than the first.

KJV Bible, Matthew 27:63-64

42. Question: Jesus’ alleged crucifixion – Is it a test of Jews to know the TRUTH?

The crucifixion was made the criteria for Jesus’ truth. The Jews at the time of crucifixion said:

“…save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross. So also the chief priests, with the scribes and elders, mocked him, saying, “He saved others; he cannot save himself. He is the King of Israel; let him come down now from the cross, and we will believe in him.”

KJV Bible, Matthew 27:40-42

43. Question: Could Jesus Christ save his life?

If Jesus Christ is Almighty God, the Creator of all that exists then Almighty God can never be overpowered by His creations nor could they attempt to severe His existence. If Jesus Christ is Almighty God, then he could save himself but if he could save his life and refused, then it is a suicide. In actual sense, the scriptural text of the Bible reports him as constantly pleading to God for the bitter cup to be taken away because Jesus Christ is one of the greatest Messengers of Almighty God but not GOD.

44. Question: Did Jesus ever demanded to be crucified?

Absolutely NOT! Jesus Christ never demanded by stating: “Crucify me”, but the Jews demanded from the Pilate, “Crucify him, Crucify him”. The Bible attest to this fact:

“Then all say unto him, Let him be crucified.”

KJV Bible, Matthew 27:22

45. Question: Did Jesus Christ defend his case in the court?

YES! Jesus Christ defended his case in the court, argued with the Jews, and refuted their accusations. Jesus Christ never said, “Hurry up crucify me, for I have come, just for this purpose, although I am already 4000 years late, going by the Biblical calendar and time of Adam and Eve and the Bible clear states that he never went to the cross happily, but in miserable situation”

46. Question: Is it a Jewish law that “Crucifixion” was an accursed death?

YES! And the Bible attest to this fact:

…for he that is hanged is accursed of God

KJV Bible, Deuteronomy 21:23

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree.

KJV Bible, Galatians 3:13

47. Question: Crucifixion – a killing in the eyes of Jesus – Do you know?

The Bible recorded that Jesus Christ questioned:

Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepeth the law? Why go ye about to kill me?

KJV Bible, John 7:19

But you seek to kill me…

KJV Bible, John 8:40

48. Question: Jesus complained to God about being forsaken –Why?

The Bible recorded that Jesus Christ exclaimed:

And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, Lama sabachthani? That is to say, My God, My God, why have hast thou forsaken me?

KJV Bible, Matthew 27:46
