Business start-up is a difficult element of organising your own ideas and realising them in a different ways. Everyone who creates his or her own enterprise should understand that setting-up a business is a difficult step, which also has pitfalls. Entrepreneur should be careful and intelligent in such concerns.

Starting a new business is both exciting and rewarding. There are many steps to be taken on the road to starting a business once four initial stages, discussed in this research paper have been accomplished and you are sure of the way forward.

When your ideas become business start-up, entrepreneur will be able to realise a profit. It is very important in business start-up let people know you exist and selling your products to the public or to other businesses is the obvious next step.

When entrepreneur analyses and realises all these steps, it does not mean that his company will be successful. There are also many different external factors, which affect the market.

В роботі було проаналізовано основні поняття підприємництва та створення стартапу в часності. Було проаналізовано кожен з етапів стартапу і з'ясовано, які основні складові бізнес плана, а також визначення структури підприємства. Крім цього, було розглянуто основні способи захисту бізнес ідей та покращення сфер бізнесу. Також було виявлено, які основні дії підприємця для підтримки свого бізнесу в майбутньому.

In this research paper was analysed the basic concepts of entrepreneurship and the creation of a start-up company in general. Each stage of a start-up process was analysed, the main components of a business plan, and determination of the structure of the enterprise was found. In addition, the main methods of protection of business ideas and its improvement was examined and the main entrepreneur’s actions to support its own business in the future was found out in this paper.
