Put the verbs in brackets in the Past tense.

— Not at all.

 

3) — Alice is speaking. What can I do for you?

— Hello, I'd like to speak to the manager, please.

— I'm very sorry, but he is not here at the moment. Could you phone back later?

— Yes, I'll phone in the evening.
