Повышение системного иммунитета




 

Показано, что молозиво оказывает системное действие на иммунную систему. Лучше всего этот эффект проявляется у новорожденных, когда происходит перенос огромного количества антител и значительного числа иммуно-компетентных клеток. Такой вид массового переноса пассивной защиты к взрослым животным невозможен, однако есть доказательства, что антиокси-данты, витамины и цитокины из молозива могут переноситься и к взрослым животным (Buescher, Mcllheran, 1988; Fracis et al, 1988; Laswton et al, 1978; Oda et al, 1989). Эти соединения активизируют физиологические реакции организма и улучшают общий гомеостаз. Исследования, проведенные в нашей лаборатории, свидетельствовали о значительном подавлении у поросят, которым скармливали сыворотку молозива, воспалительной реакции на спровоцированные бактериальные и вирусные инфекции (Hurley et al, 1995; Chase et al, в печати; Fraser et al, в печати). У этих животных по сравнению с контрольными не отмечалось развития воспалительных поражений и наблюдалось значительное снижение в крови факторов воспаления.

 

Кроме того, исследование влияния молозива на иммунные функции показало, что иммунная система после скармливания молозива не реагирует на введение антигенов. Между оперативной воспалительной реакцией на возникновение инфекции и обычной воспалительной реакцией, необходимой для управления здоровьем тканей, существует хрупкое равновесие. Оказывается, что использование молозива как добавки к рациону приводит к активации именно второй стороны этого баланса. Нашей группой проведено несколько исследований по изучению влияния на поросят и телят добавок с низким содержанием молозива. По сравнению с контрольными животными у поросят, получавших молозиво, отмечались более сильная активация В-лимфоцитов, повышение способности к антителообразованию и снижение гиперактивности Т-лимфоцитов (Chase et al, в печати). Это согласуется с данными, полученными in vitro на клетках человека (Juto, 1985).

 

Мы обнаружили, что у животных, которым давали молозиво, как правило, наблюдались усиление транспорта ионов железа, улучшение биохимических показателей крови, состояния кишечника и дыхательных путей (Hurley, неопубликованные данные). Усиление транспорта ионов железа из пищеварительного тракта имеет два положительных момента. С одной стороны, устраняется избыток ионов железа, которые необходимы многим патогенным микроорганизмам для своего развития; с другой - обеспечение ионами железа организма в целом создает условия для нормальной иммунной реакции. Кроме того, установлено, что добавление молозива в рацион телят различных пород (мясных, молочных и т.п.) повышает их устойчивость к респираторным и системным инфекциям. Эти животные лучше переносят перевозку и остаются здоровыми при переводе их в новое помещение и другое стадо. Хотя такие наблюдения строго не подтверждены в эксперименте, об этом нам сообщали фермеры, успешно занимающиеся выращиванием телят.

 

Молозиво оказывает благотворное действие на организм в целом. В наших исследованиях установлено, что добавление даже незначительного количества молозива приводит к усиленному росту поросят, отлученных от матки. У этих животных по сравнению с контрольными при одинаковом рационе отмечалось увеличение привеса приблизительно на один фунт (» 0,45 кг) постной массы за четыре недели. Поросята, получавшие молозиво, потребляли больше корма; их вес увеличивался за счет наращивания мышечной массы, у них отмечалась более постоянная скорость роста по сравнению с контрольными животными, даже если они были из одного приплода. У поросят и телят, получавших молозиво, реже возникала анемия и другие заболевания, связанные с нарушением показателей крови (Hurley, неопубликованное данные).

 

Я сам использовал молозиво с целью контроля за своим аппетитом. Мне необходимо было сбросить значительный вес, около 100 фунтов (« 45 кг). Для подавления чувства голода и сохранения нормального состояния я принимал сухое молозиво в инкапсулированном виде перед едой. Для усиления метаболических процессов в организме я вместо лекарств принимал молозиво вместе с пищевыми добавками к своему рациону для обеспечения организма необходимыми белками, аминокислотами, некоторыми жирами и витаминами. Я всегда был полон энергией и не имел проблем, часто возникающих при потере веса.

 

Резюме

 

Молозиво часто используется как пищевая добавка к рациону людей и животных. Это сложная смесь соединений, которые способствуют укреплению здоровья и поддержанию гомеостаза в организме. Наиболее часты случаи приема молозива взрослыми людьми для защиты пищеварительного тракта. На лабораторных и сельскохозяйственных животных показана его активность против паразитов, вирусов, бактерий и токсинов. До­бавка молозива к рациону животных приводит к усилению их роста и оказывает целебное действие. Наконец, молозиво стимулирует иммунную реакцию. Это прекрасная добавка к питанию, продукт, который защищает и укрепляет здоровье.
