Порядок выполнения работы. 1. Включить чиллер (в присутствии преподавателя);
1. Включить чиллер (в присутствии преподавателя);
2. Включить рентгеновский дифрактометр (в присутствии преподавателя);
3. Запустить управляющий компьютер;
4. Запустить программу управления рентгеновской трубкой («XG Operation»);
5. Дождаться «зеленого света» светофора и запустить процесс подготовки рентгеновской трубки к работе, нажатием кнопки «Aging»;
6. Подготовить пробу образца: гомогенизировать пробу в ступке и загрузить в стеклянную кювету;
7. Задать параметры измерений в программе «Standard measurement»;
8. Рассчитать межплоскостное расстояние;
9. Идентифицировать кристаллическую фазу пользуясь базой данных монокристаллов (Приложение 1);
10. Рассчитать параметры элементарной ячейки и размеры кристалла;
11. Оформить отчет.
